How to improve my eyesight since I am not able to study for more than 2 hours continuously. Doing so I feel as I am not able to see clearly. What should I do?

Just do this small exercise: Sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall straight up, making 90 degree angle for 5 mins. Its better you do in early morning, else you can do it anytime. This will make your blood flow increased towards brain and other vital organs and increase your memory and physical strength too. All the best. For any more queries you are most welcomed. :)
