Now a days I feel like no body love. Anyone don't care about me. I am so much depressed. Actually I have given drop ths years for entrance preparation. So I have to stay at home. And I feel like its like a jail for me. Its feel like I can't breath. Just I feel like to any where from my home. And always my head becomes too hot n my headache starts. Sometime I can't bear it. N if anyone scold me I get angry n fight with everyone in the house.

You can do few things make small targets for 2 hours and then take a break after that change the subject by this way you will find intrest in topics it will decrease your frutration level, you can listen songs or can talk to a friend, do some meditation and yoga, don't focus on what others are saying its just like if some will give anything to you and you if you will not accept that thing then it will be with that person only.
