Whenever I eat all foods and beverages like fruits drinking water or take breakfast lunch & dinner I feel pain in my chest in the right side what is this? How to get rid from this?

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your pain chest is due to acidity -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict tea/coffee intake to 1-2 cups a day -do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks instead of three large meals ,have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, chew your food well, have dinner 2-3 hrs before going to bed, do not lye down immediately after meals -take Syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an after each meal -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -do regular exercises & yoga for 10-15 min per day -if not much relief then consult a doctor.
