My son is 4 years old suffering from high fever 103 so Dr. Told to take blood test report was elevated wbc and crp. Wbc is 19000 and crp is 76. So he put him o� antibiotics. For 7 days but after 2 days he is alright but now continuing the antibiotics. Dr. Told to repeat the test we repeated everything is normal. This all happened last month but today again he got fever 101. Dr. told viral fever he is very tired and lost half kg weight previously he was 20 kg but now 19. 5 kg.am very worried.

Hi lybrate-user It's not a viral fever. You have do malaria and typhoid test. Continue the antibiotics. Give plenty of oral fluids. Thank you.
