Hi. From last 3 days I am suffering from a tensed life totally. With this I am feeling weakness and I feel that some time body temp rises and after that it lowers. please suggest something.

Do pranayam and meditation daily. Drink plenty of water atleast 2 L daily. Take brahmi vati 1 bd with milk. Do walking daily. Walking can change your bad mood.
