Hi lybrate-user. There is no fast and quick solution because good health is always slowly built up. Anyway. Take bananas, eggs, milk and pulse in good quantity daily. Sleep or rest for two hours every afternoon and lie on the left side as much as possible. Take Iron and calcium tablets also. Please contact for any query.

You should give more importance to your food habits and diet. Take 2 banana with a glass of milk everyday for gaining weight have some food at ever 2-3 hours interval along with that your bowel should be clean in other words avoid problem of constipation by taking more fiber rich diet. You can also add fatty food in your diet in equal proportion along with protein rich foods like paneer etc you can have dry fruits or groundnuts (shing).

You have still go through 11 weeks more in stead of 2 months. Now wt of fetus is up to standard mark. Your diet should be protein rich well cooked in oil/ ghee and high calcium diet. Fruits, nuts, dry fruits and vegetable should be part of diet. Don't be fast to increase wt. For further information, pls consult obstetrician. I am a pediatrician.

Please don't panic. Things are going to be fine. Be strong and be patient. Listen to the good advice given by doctors on diet. Its very imp at this stage to maintain your calm... be happy..be positive. Consult a dietician in your town if possible who can help you to have a better diet. Relax your mind. Stay away/dont listen yo negative people/relatives who would keep scaring you over all sorts of issues. Do breathing exercises daily. Eat healthy Be stress free.. everything will turn out fine.
