Its hard to get food in home every day. Some times we have to eat outside. So thus foods which are simple food like idly, dosa,meals, chapati, roti, palak panneer are also harm to health? If so I try harder to get in home?

Dear lybrate user homemade food is best since outside food may be compromised with quality of ingredients like oil ,spices ,added flavors ,ajino moto ,soda etc whereas a simple food made at home with dal ,rice some vegetables is very healthy also include more whole fruits in diet
