I am having pain in back of my neck on right side and it pains when I see up.

Try doing hot water fomentation on the area of your pain two to three times a day for 10 mins. Try to keep your neck straight while sitting and doing work. Do neck exercises like chin tuck ins, moving your neck up and down side to side and gentle neck stretches
