I am 21 years old male my weight is 72 kg and height is 182 cm but I will eat less food and also I am gaining my weight I studied that due to digestion problem also also weight will be gained so please give me the best solution.

Generally weight gain can be due to a lot of reasons. -unhealthy lifestyle -excessive intake of sugars and extra calories. -alcohol consumption -stress correction of lifestyle is the solution. -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs -exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday -drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water -eat mindfully -stay away from stress. Indulge in meditation.
