Regarding Tea v/s Coffee article, it is not clarified whether both should be taken without milk and sugar or no adverse effect when taken with milk and sugar which is the normal in most parts of India.

Once I was reading an article by famous social reformer Kaka Saheb Kalelkar and his words about tea-"fresh tea leaves boil in water with jaggery as sweetener and no milk" This is called black tea nowadays but jaggery is replaced by sugar?
