Im 22 years old female im suffering from mental abuse from my own family due to which i m loosing interest in everything that me doing and also me crying at any hr of the day I feel lonely at some point of time and I feel I shud end my life I need help for some medication.

Hi lybrate-user, to stop feeling crying you have to1) focus on your breathing while feeling crying. Inhale through nose and count 1to 7, then hold it and count 1to 4 and then exhale through mouth and count 1to 8. 2) move your eyes to control your tears and try to look upward 3) distract yourself with physical movement 4) relax your facial expression. These 4 tips will work as pain killer for sometimes. But to get help permanently you need psychological therapy.

Dear Lybrate user lybrate-userwhen we feel any problem mentally then its really very painful because other than the one who is facing the problem no one can even feel even the 1% of the trauma through which one is suffering. Every single second is painful, In physical sufferings there are many peoples to look after and care but in any type of mental problem only the sufferer has to face every situation. But the end of the life is not any solution ,we get only one life after that we don't know what will happen, what we can do is to live every second of life ,enjoy every moment of life. Lets come to your problem why do you want to end your life? Because some one is abusing you mentally think about it is it really right that some one is not behaving good to you so you want to end your life, tell me one thing if someone is not behaving good to you then what is the fault of your life ,why do you want to end your life. You need medicines along with counselling ,if you need my help you can contact me online I will be glad to help you. This is the time that you should start thinking about yourself, only about yourself ,what do you want to be, what do you want to eat, to do, your career, your friends, your likings etc. Develop some hobby, make some good friends, make yourself busy, if possible you can go to someother place for few days, and with the help of any common relative or any one if possible try to talk to your family and know the problem why they are behaving like this, don't think on this topic ,as much you will think you will get frustrate and will gain nothing, once you become normal then you can analyse the situation and will find the solution But presently you need a break from this situation forget everything for few days and live only for yourself, and this can be possible when you will involve yourself in some other things first start from joining any hobby class and make any good friend with whom you can share everything.
