Hi, I am 40, having high level of thyroid due to which my weight keeps on increasing. I am 89 kgs. I have sitting job and eat dinner late at night. Occasionally I eat non veg also. My height is 5.2.What should be my ideal Diet and what can I avoid in my Diet to reduce weight.

In hypothyroidism the main thing is To not eat - brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage And to loose your weight eat a low fat content in your diet
