I am a student and preparing for a competitive exam. I sleep 8-9 hrs but want to sleep 4-5 hrs can it will be possible with doing meditation.

U need 8-9 hrs sleep that is essential for you. If you curtail it to 5-6 hrs you will feel unrefreshed, lack of concentration, irritability.

Dear I want to share with you some practical experience of your topic. If you are seriously preparing for competetive exams. You must be doing lot of labour so to give rest to your mind you need proper sleep for relaxation of your mind. Don't try to interfere in natural course otherwise you will be nowhere. With proper concentration one can learn more in two hours rather than 4 hrs of study with tired and disturbed concentration. Hope you can understand my Suggestion..
