I am 28 years old, male. I am diabetic and have low immunity. I am consuming both black coffee and green tea since one week. Black coffee - one time - around 4 - 5 pm. Green tea two times - morning 8 am and evening - 7 - 8 pm. My blood sugar level is little above normal since one month. I am suffering from constipation since my childhood and also very disturbed with frequent mouth ulcers. I am also suffering from depression and frequent mood swings. Is it good to consume both beverages in my condition on a same day?
