I exercise regularly for an hour. I usually do not get time to focus on my diet. Can you please suggest me a proper diet (which can be made easily and quickly) that can help me complete the protein requirement per day in order to build muscles?

Dear lybrate user, Eat fruits atleast 250 grams in the breakfast and take milk. In lunch eat salad first and after that you may take your meal. At night again eat salads soups and food. You will get full supplements.
