Expose yourself to sun for 20 minutes. Eat healthy. Do some exercise for not less than 25 Minutes. Fix a day of the week and term it as Sehatvar. On Sehatvar eat only fruits and fruit juice. Take an enema or drink a cup of spinach juice on the Sehatvar eve. Get yourself checked fr thyroid. If any abnormality is found consult your local Doctor.
