Sir I have back pain since 10 years when I drive bike 15 km over I got back pain when I work on computer I got back pain when I pull up heavy thing I got back pain I am a primary teacher at village so I have bike everyday 20 km up and 20 km down daily last week I done MRI but there no big issue on my back pain so please guide me to what to do Ayurveda treatment.

Hello Lybrate user As you asked about your back pain for 20years .It's due to bike driving on road and it gives slip disc .It goes only through regular practice of yoga and exercise every day. You should consult any Yoga teacher or Physiotherapists who will guide you properly. By practicing yoga and exercise and morning walk every day for 3-6months will help you to reduce your pain.

All works is strain full so posture correction must. Avoid toward bending. Tk physiotherapy treatment for proper relief and do stretching and strength exercise.
