Dear lybratuser, -Your chest pain is due to acidity or sedentary habit & overweight - avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have more of fibrous food to reduce weght like fruits & vegetables, beans, legumes, sprouts, whole grains & nuts -avoid processed food, sweets, aerated drinks, not more than 1-2 cups of tea/coffee -do regular aerobic exercises for at least 1 hour like walking, jogging, swimming -get your BP checked, blood sugar, cholesterol, ecg, x-ray chest done to rule out any problem.
