I am 55 female fell down a flight of stairs on 5th dec 2013 my mri says -diffuse bulge and facet hypertrophy at l4-l5 and l5-s1 indenting thecal sac and causing mild neural foraminal compromise more at l5-s1 anterior osteophytes at d12-l1, l2-l3, l3-l4.1. How serious is my condition? is surgery inevitable? i am taking pregbalin 75mg for backpain and wearing lumbar brace please reply.
