I can't go motion freely. Whenever I go motion there s very pain. I have 32 days old female baby. I can't give milk to sit continually. Whenever I feed my baby I felt very thirsty. I drunk water more. What should i do?

Check whether you have piles or not. Add more soluble dietary fibers into your daily diet. Balance your diet including all kinds of nutrients. Drink plenty amounts of water, vegetables and fruits, whole fruits if possible.

remember that after delivery the entire lower system is relaxed and more blood is collected first in uterus and other areas and after delivery ,the process of shrinkage starts to get back in normal size. it takes 6-8 weeks in cases of normal delivery. cases of piles are also seen more during this phase. eat a nourishing diet with less fats- not the routine pinjeeri till you get over problem of constipation,which is temporary. you are taking more water , good for you . better will be to add ajwain to it and drink warm water. take clear soups/ green tea/ routine normal tea/ diluted milk as beverage= 2 L/ day. Avoid cold drinks/cold water. Banana is natural laxative + nourishment. Eat as many as you like. Avoid iron/ calcium tabs for few days till you become normal. iron tablets do cause gastric disturbance. No painkillers/ laxatives as it will affect the baby through feed. keep feeding the baby, it helps internal organs to shrink. maintain basic hygiene to avoid risk of infection to perinium area ( uterus,bladder & rectum) good luck, do write back after a week.

Take fibrous rich diet in food i.e green leafy vegetables and salads .during goto sleep take a glass of milk so it does not cause any pain durin motion .Feeding to baby continously is not good for health .take calcium and multivitamins supplements .
