I have a height of 5'5 inches, and I find it a bit less as on todays date, I would b pleased if something can make it go a bit, even an inch of difference would b enuf.

You can do stretching exercises. Yogasans such as paadhastasan, ushtrasan, bhujangasan, vrukshasan can help you. Yoga should be practised under the supervision of a yoga instructor or therapist. I am practising Yoga from past 8 years and teaching from 5 years, have got miraculous results.
