Sir, I had coronal hypospadias I go for urologist and he said me that there is not complsary to have a surgery on that this is normal cause it has the birth effect and you do not worry about this Is it complsary to have surgery on that.

Gaurav, if your coronal hypospadias is not causing you any difficulty in passing urine and i would believe that you do not have any troublesome curvature deformity in the erect state, then you can safely observe it. More proximal hypospadias deformities warrant correction for sure.
