My age is 23. I have a kidney stone. My ultrasound report says post void residual urine- 124 ml. What is this? Does it require treatment.

Yes. It is abnormal. It means that even after passing urine, your bladder still has 124 ml urine left inside it. Normally it is less than 50 ml. Strange thing is that kidney stones do not result into this test finding. So you must be having some kind of block or obstruction in your urethra (part after your bladder, through your penis where urine comes out. If you have poor steam of urine or difficulty in passing urine, then you should get an MCU - RGU.

124 is very high PVRU specially at your age. You possibily seem to have some lower urinary tract obstruction which needs to be diagnosed and treated accordingly. Management for the renal stone would take place side by side.
