Some mouths r caries prone you must brush after every meal n especially at night avoid carbohydrates rich foods especially sticky food like chocolates n sweet eats use rexidine plus mouth wash after every meal get filling done as you notice a cavity don't neglect it.
Dear user, the problem in your case can be deep fissures and pits due to which food accumulates in those areas and inspite of your maitaining a good oral hygiene you get cavitiea very often. This is because brushes sometimes fail to reach those deep retentive areas where food debri has accumulated and hence lead to decaying of teeth at later stages. So dear user, you need to be quite precise about your brushing method and direction so as to cover and involve all those deep fissures properly. Also, start using mouthwash after brushing your teeth. Do not consume sugary and sticky foods, better avoid them. Rinse your mouth well with lukewarm water after every meal.
Basically U may be suffering from tooth malformation in which your enamel has not formed properly. In such case brushing regularly and having a balanced diet will help. Also get a fluoride treatment done. This may help in reducing the cavity formation. Also if there is lot of tooth destruction go for crowns.
