I have 96 kg weight even I went to gym but nothing is happening I am vegetarian so that pls suggest me good healthy and low calorie diet plan.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily
