lybrate-user, TSH 9.2 mU/L is high, but still falls in subclinical range. Treatment is advised once level crosses 10 mU/L. Sometimes even at these levels if there are troublesome symptoms of hypothyroidism present and T4 level is lower then treatment is advocated. Thanks.
