Anxiety is a common feature of response to stressful situation. Identify if there is anything that is causing you to worry so much. You may also feel low, apprehensive, have decreased concentration or decreased interest. However if you feel suicidal, consult a psychiatrist. Other than that ensure you get adequate sleep at night. Exercise a bit everyday. Try to spend time in some enjoyable activities. Spend time with family and friends, don't isolate yourself. You may consult me if required.

Due to changing lifestyle and incresing work pressure stress and anxiety level are increasing day by day,and peoples are expressing their stress level in different forms such as road rage and they don't even know the reason for their anger and frustration.
