Hello, I am 37 years pretty healthy man with no bad habits except being not active, recently my blood pressure has shot up to 140/100 I am worried a lot. What should I do to get the BP down please suggest what to do & what not to do. I am confused.

Please focus to reduce your weight Do morning walking/brisk walking/treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily Limit your food intake to 4 times daily Cut down fat/fried/ghee items/food from outside Do this for 4 weeks and you need not to take medicine for blood pressure
