Hii, how is banana fr health? If I eat 1 banana daily then what the benefits of this? Wil it cause to weight gain?

? Fruits are good for health and so is banana. More than the variety of fruit, the portion and placement at the right time in the diet are very important, i.e. Always fruits should be consumed in between the meals and never after meals. Fructose in fruits cannot manage sugar if we do not pay attention to the glycemic index and glycemic load (indices which determine the effect of food on blood glucose) and hence the energising effect as well.
