Dear lybrate-user, Vitamin D has to be supplemented by medication, as it is a sunshine Vitamin. Vitamin D fortified oils, cereals, mushroom, fish, cod liver oil soft gels can be included in the diet. If you are a vegetarian, then Vit B 12 also should be supplemented. If you are a non vegetarian, then include 30g of liver of chicken or mutton twice a week only. Warm Regards,
