Yes prediabetic can eat rice and fruits. In fruit you can consume apple, paer, orange but in lesser quantity and exercising daily is must. You should consume rice not more than 1 katori in the afternoon. At night preferable don't eat rice. Make sure you take low carb diet and maintain your calorie at 2000 calories per day or lesser. Walking daily, Yoga and pranayam will be helpful to maintain your sugar.
