She is having red spot that has been spreading out from legs to upwards and slight dizziness. She had i-pill nd her monthly bleeding has just stopped yet and its been two days from today. Wat often may be the causes.

Hello Lybrate user She should wait for next period without taking any i-pill.I t is nothing but beck of i- pill.She may follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day. She may use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroot with moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Avoid oily or junk food and sour products e.g. pickles etc. She may follow the following Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1/ HEMTAB : 1tab twice daily with warm water after meals. 2 / HEMPUSPA : 10ml twice daily with water after meals. Continue treatment regular for 3-6months
