Hi dear lybrate-user you should take Ashwagandha churn and Shatavari churn 3-5 gm twice dally with milk. Take high protein diet dry fruit, fruit juice .Do proper yoga exercise and 2-3 banana take after breakfast and dinner. Wish you good health.
