Hello. I am having gallstones of size 16. 4 mm. And at the same time I am 1 month pregnant. And I am too weak my hb is 7 now. And from one week whole day I vomit bile. I am unable to eat or drink anything. I am getting weaker day by day. What should I do.

you need to improve haemoglobin. take symptomatic treatment for gallstones. if very symptomatic it can be operated in second trimester

You should undergo laproscopic cholecystectomy. That is safe procedure. But you vl need atleast 2 blood transfusion before surgery. If gallstones remains as it is and you are vomiting contnuously it vl adversely affect your pregnancy. You should consult laproscopic surgeon and obstetrician altogether.
