Hello Dr. I study well but now little less active in studies don't know what happened. I want to come back with full energy as before. How must I increase my concentration while studying. I was affected by Dengue haemorrhagic fever 4 years back. please do help me. REGARDS.

start doing some jogging and light exercise in morning. it will increase your BMI and you will feel energitic. .. plz explain what problem you face in study

Cut down your study material into portions and make a time table. Study for 45 mins at a time then take a 5-15 min break. Study during the hours you are most alert and receptive. Maintain regular sleep and wake times. Do some mindfulness techniques that will help your concentration. Yoga and meditation also help to improve concentration.
