I ate sweet today and got tooth pain On my most of the teeth all around I got yellow yellow something, My one of the teeth is holed and broken that pains and just on below my right cheek on right of my chin I got may be mounted muscle tumor type actually may not be tumor but when I press it my that damage teeth pains that thing and my teeth is related may be.

1) yellow thing is calculus you have to go to the dentist for professional cleaning 2) hole in the teeth need yo be filled but as you are telling it pains a lot and feel like tumor then it may have formed an abscess means puss is surrounding root of your broken teeth may be you need rct if left untreated, then you may lost your teeth and can lead to spread of infection to other area

Pain on eating something sweet and pain on pressing around the decayed tooth indicates advanced damage. Don't worry about the tumor because the pain could just be due to dental infection or pus formation around the decaying tooth. The yellowness is probably due to plaque build up because of poor oral hygiene. See your dentist soon before any further damage ensues.
