lybrate-user, You must be aware about which of the vegetables to be avoided in hypothyroidism. Leaving those you can consume all others in good quantity. But vegetables hardly give any proteins, they provide vitamins and few minerals. Best source of protein would be eggs, fish, dressed chicken, if you are taking, otherwise pulses and milk. So beans are to be avoided. Thanks.
