For past two months I am having pain in my heels when I wake up in the morning for around 5 minutes and after that it lessens but when I sit and stand the heel starts to pain again. Please give some tips and help me out.

Hi self-management may include using ice, stretching, wearing proper footwear and altering training (exercise) methods. Ice should be applied prior to and following activity for approximately 20 minutes. Try using a frozen bottle of water and gently rolling it under the arch and heel.
