Good morning Doctors. Sir/madam I have joined GYM one month ago and I am continuously doing it, I have not seen any changes in my body after joining gym, changes like muscles development shapes in body. you need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. your diet be easily digestible without fried, spicy, non irritant junk food. take proteinous food.
