I am 26 years old male. Height 5 feet 7 inch. Weight 65 kg. Vegetarian I want your advise on taking protein supplements. I am working out in gym for last 6 months and want to increase my protein diet to increase my muscles. I have heard that if supplements are taken in wrong way, it can result in pimples and other skin problems. Please guide me which protein supplements in what quantity should be taken?
