Take high protein diet like soya milk, milk and products, paneer, milk shake, milk with jaggery, milk with dates, whole pulses, egg, omelette with brown bread, boiled potatoes. Do strach exercise alternate days. Don't skip your meals specially breakfast. Have small and frequent meals.

Hi, To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.
