I am 21 years old. Even though I'm eating an average person's level of food. I'm not able to gain more weight. My present weight is 48 kg. Is there any specific medicine to gain more weight.

Take egg, whole pulses, milk and products, soya milk, paneer,lean meat. Do strach exercise alternate days. Take any sweet item after meal. Take milk with jaggery, milk with dates, coconut water. Don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.
