I have a lot of pimples on my face since last year. I have consulted a lot doctors but no effect I have used retino A and biodoxi capsules along with the cipla face wash saslic Ds. Actually I have dry skin type moreover I'm allergic to oils and moisturizing lotions. Can you please help me to get a clear and blemish free skin?

Pimples is not only skin problem it is most of the time related to hormones imbalance and minerals deficiencies, like if irregularity in periods, vitamin D deficiency, Calcium deficiency and vitamin B12, you go for Vitamin D test Calcium and B12 test find out the reasons if any one less starts taking supplements. If everythings is normal then ayurveda better help you.
