My age is 20 and hight is 5.11 When I was 7 year old I have got an operation of hernia near left side testis and now I have a cyst of 3.5 mm in my left side testis canal. Canal which delivers sperm out from body. And in same canal I have some varicocele. Sometimes my mass of scrotum becomes very loose and cyst start paining. And sometimes mass remain tight and fine and I feel no pain. I do not wana get surgery. Tell me any treatment without sutggery. And please tell me clearly should I go for gym or not? I ask 2 questions Please tell me clear what I asked Lybrate doctors are not telling clearly Please help me I have not money for surgery and I dint wana get operated again.

1. Varicocele, cyst curable by homoeopathy no need of surgery. 2. You must not do heavy work or gym till you recover.

Surgery is the only option. And it will cost you around 1000-2000 rupees at govt hospital. And still if you can't pay come to jaipur. I will try my best for you.

1. Surgery is your only option to be honest. 2. Avoid gym and get it treated first. 3. Money is not criteria as AIIMS, PGI , Safdarjang , RML All are free . Just go there and ask them for help
