My son is 11 year old, and doing swimming daily around 2 hours, he feel tiredness but he doesn't eat well. What should I give him to stay active and healthy. He always left behind in his age group even smaller than him.

You can give him fruits and fruit juices. Milk, lassi, cheese, butter, paneer.. all these in different forms. Almonds, cashew and peanuts etc. Eggs, chicken, pulses, chickpea, kidney beans, mushrooms. Try different dishes.. Don't force .. don't over feed, give options. Give him lots of fluids, juices, soups, lime water etc. He will be fine.
