Hello Doctor, I'm 44 years old and got married 2 years back. my hubby is younger to me. We want kids. I have no gync problem I consulted a doc she gave me some folic acids and checked me internally all was well she said but still could not get pregnant also I tried all fertility days. I use gel cause I am very dry. and I don't enjoy sex everyday. Can you suggest some medicine for me. Also I am in usa now. And some medicine called conceivesafe you get over the counter. Please advise for them. Cause I'm not sure of the Docs here. So please if you could help me.

At this age you need to take steps after trying for 2 years get your day 2 serum fsh, lh and serum amh done get a baseline scan on day 2 of cycles also get your tubal patency tested these tests ll tell you about your fertility potential and the required help can be done accodringly.

Your age is 44 yrs. At this age few eggs (follicles) are left and there quality is also not good enough most of the time. Don't waste time go to a fertility specialist. Follicular monitoring and iui is advisable in your case you can apply ky. Jelly /visna gel for vaginal dryness at the time of intercourse..
