sir or mam want to share my life part actually I goes to visit cosmetic surgeon and she put me in really very dangerous situation just putting me in such a dangerous paralysis just making me fool but now I am very serious regarding it I am in depression by again thinking thinking as pscyco please tell me how I should overcome sir please .

As you told you went to cosmetic changes surgeon and also to psychiatrist and suffering from depression but problem is I think you might be having body dysmorphic disorder. Symptoms of it are excessive concern regarding shape or size of specific body part leading to lack of socialisation, self esteem.
