I have been married and it's 2 years passed now, I have abortion 2 times so I consulted doctor she said that it wasp due to travelling during starting period and their is nothing problem. After that my husband was away from me for about 3 months due his work, now we are together so if I want to get pregnant as early as possible so what are the precautions I need to take?

Nothing. But Get TORCH test in blood done to be sure about inta uterine infections which led to 2 miscarriages. Be careful about your general health also.
