All my body parts are in normal tone but my neck and face became very black Please suggest me something or some creams that can make my neck and face normal.

It is due to tanning. Scrub your face once in two days with a good scrub. St. Ives scrub or body shop scrubs are good. Apply a good face pack. The face pack of gram flour, yogurt and turmeric. Daily wash your face with AHA glow, use tea tree toner after that. Apply sunscreen daily.
