I am lean but I am getting tummy how should I reduce the tummy and improve my over all personality what diet of foods I should be taking in order to get a good personality and reduce my tummy.

Dear lybrate-user, though you are lean the fat is there on tummy which suggest lack of exercise. It might have happened due to irregular food habits and irregular sleep pattern correction in all these with proper exercise will help. Instead of taking full meals take small meals at frequent intervals. Drink warm water in the morning and in the evening after dinner.

Have small nd frequent meals. Do some abs exercise. Take aloe vera juice nd green tea without sugar. Do brisk walk daily. Take papaya daily. Take fresh veg. Juice. Avoid fried foods and junk foods avoid maida products.
